Game-changer, city biz chambers hail state budget

Economist and MSME expert CA Samir Bakre lauded the budget for laying a strong foundation for Maharashtra's ambition of becoming a $1 trillion economy. He emphasised that under CM Devendra Fadnavis' leadership, the state committed to attracting Rs40 lakh crore in industrial investments over five years. He also pointed out that the fiscal deficit was maintained at 2.77%, and the debt-to-GDP ratio at 18.77%, both within acceptable limits.
